We’ll build it step by step and keep it practical.

I want:

• 5 class tabs
• 1 main tab like an app
• In main tab, choose:
  • Class
  • Student name
  • Task type → Lab / Project / Assignment
  • Week → mainly for Lab
  • Status → Y / N
  • Remarks
• Then store/update the data properly

The cleanest Excel design for this is:

• Tab 1: Dashboard
• Tab 2–6: each class list
• Tab 7: Records
• Tab 8: Lists

This is better than storing everything directly in each class tab, because Excel behaves much better when you use one master records table.

Step 1 — Create the sheet structure

Create these tabs:

1. Dashboard
2. Class1
3. Class2
4. Class3
5. Class4
